Bing News wants to be your go-to place for finding out what’s going on in the world today, whether it be the sports world, financial world, or your local world. But social media — and Facebook, especially — is where a lot of us find and share important links and headlines.

So how does Bing become a bigger part of the news discovery experience on Facebook?

Bing has announced a new My Bing News Facebook app that essentially brings Bing News search to your Facebook experience.

My Bing News is a customizable news page that lives on Facebook and lets users subscribe to generic topics like “Politics” or “Sports,” and/or create more specific topics like “Seattle Seahawks” or “U2.”
